A talk from Tansy Hoskins, author of 'Stitched-Up: The Anti-Capitalist Book of Fashion' related to the Ulster Museum exhibition Fashion & Feminism.
'Stitched-Up' hit the shelves in February 2014 and quickly became the no.1 fashion book on Amazon, and won the ICA Bookshop's Book of the Year 2014. It was also short-listed for the 2015 Bread & Roses Award for Radical Publishing.
Tansy often writes about labour rights and the fashion industry for the Guardian, Al Jazeera, i-D, HUCK Magazine and the iPaper. Her work has taken her to Bangladesh, Kenya, Morocco, and recently to the Topshop warehouses in Solihull.
