All For The Dead Man's Penny, a performance of storytelling and music around the First World War will take place at St Columb's Cathedral in Derry on Thursday 26 March.

Internationally renowned storyteller Liz Weir and fiddle player Ciaran Mulholland will take part in the event which focuses on a fictitious young soldier who represents the experiences of many young Irish men who went off to war.

The story features on a young teenage girl keen to find out about her family history a century after the First World War. 

The event takes place on Thursday evening at 7.30pm.
